1. Return & Exchange Eligibility

We will exchange or refund products within 3 days from the date of purchase, provided the following conditions are met:

• The product is accompanied by the original receipt.
• The product is sealed, unused, and in its original condition.
• The original packaging, including all documentation and accessories, remains intact.

2. Defective Products & Warranty

• Under Warranty: Products will be repaired according to their respective manufacturer Terms & Conditions at no charge.
• Out of Warranty: We offer repair services for a fee for products that have exceeded their warranty period.
• Defect Exemption: If an item is confirmed defective within 3 days, no exchange or return fees will be applied.
