Shipping Policy

1. Delivery Scope

Oryx Computers operates exclusively within the State of Qatar. We currently do not facilitate international shipping. To ensure service quality, we maintain a minimum order value of 80 QAR for all delivery requests.

2. Delivery Timeline

Our standard delivery lead time is 48 hours. Please note:

• Deliveries are processed daily except for Fridays.
• Timeline estimates are approximations. Should your delivery exceed the 48-hour window, please contact our support team immediately to investigate the delay.

3. Large Items & Access

Oryx Computers is not responsible for installation failures or additional costs resulting from space constraints at the delivery destination.

4. Receipt & Acceptance

Goods are considered at your risk once signed for at the destination address. We are authorized to hand over packages to any person available at the specified address who signs the delivery note.

Failed Delivery: If no authorized person is present to receive the goods or settle applicable fees, the items will be returned to our warehouse. Re-delivery attempts will incur additional charges at the customer's expense.

5. Inspection Window

We advise all customers to inspect products immediately upon receipt. You have a 3-day window to notify us of any defects or non-conformities. Beyond this period, items are deemed accepted in good condition.
