Oryx Computers will Exchange / Refund any product within the following conditions:
  1. The product is accompanied by the original receipt.
  2. The product is sealed, unused and in its original condition.
  3. The product is exchanged or returned within 3 days from the date of purchase.
  4. Products deemed to be defective are subject to after-service repairs, repair work time ranges from 10 to 21 business days and shall start from the date the product was handed into Oryx Computers customer service.
  5. All products that are within the warranty period will be repaired according to the T&Cs. If your product is out of warranty, we will be happy to arrange for it to be repaired however a fee will be applicable.
  6. Refunds if applicable and are accommodated through the same mode of payment the refunded product was purchased through.
If you return the product to us within 3 days from the date of purchase after your notification that you want to refund, in its original package, unused and with the original receipt, and you will have to pay the return cost-plus, if applicable.In case of the item is defective no charges will be applicable for the exchange.We do not accept the return of goods that are damaged or incomplete, with missing or damaged pieces, consumables, accessories, or documentation.If the conditions for refund and return of the goods are fulfilled, we will refund the purchase price in accordance with our refund policy as stated herein.The right to refund can only be applied to the entire order, including any free gifts that were part of the order, and cannot be applied to limited products of the order, unless we agree explicitly. This is especially true for products that could be purchased with certain advantages when they were purchased together.
