Oryx Computers will Exchange / Refund any product within the following conditions:
- The product is accompanied by the original receipt.
- The product is sealed, unused and in its original condition.
- The product is exchanged or returned within 3 days from the date of purchase.
- Products deemed to be defective are subject to after-service repairs, repair work time ranges from 10 to 21 business days and shall start from the date the product was handed into Oryx Computers customer service.
- All products that are within the warranty period will be repaired according to the T&Cs. If your product is out of warranty, we will be happy to arrange for it to be repaired however a fee will be applicable.
- Refunds if applicable and are accommodated through the same mode of payment the refunded product was purchased through.
